On the website it indicated that it was open until 10pm and they closed at 7pm, so I lost my money and the other 4 people's money and we were unable to experience anything. We went from Costa Rica and could not get on.

It's to horrible
Our cable car visit in Lisbon was amazing, kids loved it and it wasn't too expensive great views and a great welcome from the team
Whole place and most of the palaces specially Péna was magnificent, but the only thing (not a complain) was : bus ticketing and I paid HONESTLY 3x for ticket: 1 to go to Péna, 1 to go up in front of Péna, same day again 1 to get back to Train station. The most annoying were those food&beverage automaat: water automat didn't work, sandwich machine took my money BUT GAVE NO SANDWICH😳
Beautifully perfect, simply enchanted.

Oceanário de Lisboa

The central tank acted as a touchstone for the ocean as we went to each of the represented areas. My sister is in a wheelchair and there were always friendly staff to show us to elevators as needed.
The aquarium is one of the best I have been to. I especially loved their Sea Dragons! I got there early and it was not too crowded. By the time I left it was packed. Get there early to avoid the crowds.
This is a great place architecturally and the main tank is terrific. I feel there are not enough satellite tanks around the edges - some hallways are long and empty. And the Forest Tanks st the beginning are neat, but have only a few dozen fish inside. It could all e so much better. Sigh.
A beautiful aquarium, but very crowded and not always easy to get to. I really enjoyed the Amano freshwater aquarium and the proximity to certain species. The large aquarium is great, but I expected to see more around it.

Beautiful large aquarium with lots of fish species and sharks. Especially nice are the jellyfish and coral. I expected it to be bigger inside but mostly we were disappointed by the huge line to enter despite having purchased tickets online for a specific time. There needs to be improved organization for time slots for entry for those who have already purchased tickets

Everything, except Time for waiting...
The locaiton, the building, the architecture, the atmosphere, the cafe and most importantly.....The fish, the larger creatures and the otters!
I was a little scared to do the Telecabine as I have a moderate fear of heights. However, the telecabine was so secure and did not shake that I was able to enjoy myself without stressing about the heights. The Oceanário was just mind blowing with all the different species of sea creatures. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and it was money well spent.
All the animals are wonderful, I loved the experience. Personally the only thing that makes it less good is the fact that it's so crowded... being in a closed and crowded environment is quite uncomfortable for me. Apart from that, everything was excellent!

All species shown in the Oceanario Lisboa are highly interesting. The view of them is breathtaking. Well organized exhibition. It was easy to book & pay for the tickets. No problems with availability on 1.May. No queue at the entrance.
The Ocenarium is a very special place, but it was so crowded that you could hardly see anything. What a shame!

Loved that I was able to buy my tickets ahead of time and not have to wait on que, but had difficulty accessing tickets because website at oceanario was down.
The oceanarium is great, it is a totally recommended plan for both children and adults. The only thing I missed was a part with turtles, it would have been perfect. As for the experience with Headout, I was very happy. I found it super easy to buy tickets and have access to them at all times (even offline). Arriving there just to present the barcode without waiting in line at the box office is a joy.

It was that overcrowed that i could barely see the small tanks.. also having this big tank in the center and have tens of spots for a glimse turned out to be boring. The outside venues were nice. I didnt see a sunfish that a poster got my attention. It was too hot. Maybe i would be more impressed if it was the first time in an aquarium.. anyway with 1/4 of poeple inside it would be way better.
We love sea animals. Everything related to zoo is perfect. Here are the downsides: You can't buy tickets from Oceanarium website for the same day visit. It's simply not possible to choose the same day. I had to go via another website, where you can't buy the tickets for the cable car. The photographers have made photos from me and my family, and we bought the photos for hefty 30eur (ticket for oceanarium is 25eur, and 1 minute work of a rather bad photographer is 30eur), but photos are extremely low quality. Print is bad (colors are unreal), and there's some weird effect to them, we can barely recognise ourselves. And that's a disappointment, it should have been a nice memory. Anyway, we're happy we visited
More interaactive , you can visit oceanarion in Majorka :) there is super
The aquarium was excellent. We have never seen sea otters before. Good value for money. Fantastic views on cable car
