Thanks to the e-ticket for 11am, we didn't have to queue and were able to go straight in when we arrived shortly after 11am.
At the time of arrival, we were able to enter with our tickets with ease. We showed up 45 minutes early so we had to wait in a lineup of others who were also early. They control the amount if traffic entering in this way which was appreciated because it was very very busy. The gardens and the palace themselves are stunning. We waited about 30 minutes in line to see the initiation well, but it was so worth it. We both really enjoyed learning about the property and the man who built it via the interactive video and historical timelines that they have on display in one of the buildings
The Quinta da Regaleira was the best sight we visited in Sinatra. Much better than the Pena Palace and much easier to get to, just a 10 minute walk from the center. Can easily spend 2 hours walking the grounds so if you you only have time for one do this one.
Tickets worked smoothly online. The palace is very beautiful, but very tourist crowded. To get into the palace there are time slots and long lines.
Bought tickets to Pena Palace while in Lisbon and taxied to the town. Once there found that there were too many add ons once at the site. Ie; extra bus rides, other tour sites. There were many visitors there the day we went and found the interior tour boring due to length of time shuffling people through the two floors. Would skip that tour the next time. The old town visit part way down the hill after the castle was a highlight for us. Took the train back to what we thought as Lisbon but due to no visitor help at the station ended up on the wrong train.
The space is just indescribable, at least in a way to do it justice. Stunning things to see at every turn. A glorious place to visit! No picture can do it justice. We loved exploring the caves and the well the most but so much more than that to do.
Had no problems with the tickets. Something came up for our group so we got there later than planned and couldn't enter the actual palace. It was still a great experience just enjoying the terraces and taking lovely photos. We actually wished we'd paid for the park only as we didn't feel like we'd missed much, not entering the palace.
The castle is beautiful and very original, park a haven of peace very nice day without hitch.transport very well organized
An enjoyable day in the company of Paulo SILVA who is a very professional guide and ensures that everyone gets the most out of the tour. I gave 4 stars because the description of the visit to the castle gardens is ambiguous. In fact, the most beautiful gardens don't belong to Pena Palace, but to other castles not included in the tour.
The site was a magical place and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Spent about 3.5 hours exploring. Was a bit disappointed that the palace section was only 1 floor. I saw lots of map postings but I didn't see any "you are here" markers. Of course it was crowded but everyone was happy. I didn't see one person in a foul mood.
I was amazed by all of Sintra. The castles are wonderful but also the village itself is so beautiful and there are very nice places omnto eat.
The ticket process was easy. The palace was nice, but the walk up and the gardens are stunning 🤩 If you are fit enough I highly suggest taking the hike up in the morning.
The highlight of my visit was being able to find parking at the entrance to the garden after almost being scammed by the Tuk Tuk guys at the bottom of the hill. Luckily a local waived his finger to warn me not to park where guy was telling me to go. Garden was nice to hike up though on the sunny day. We did notice Giant Hogweed growing near path which is dangerous to touch though. The palace was amazing and the views are the best we have seen.
This place is perfect for a romantic stroll! The park is simply sublime! 🤩 We parked in Sintra and walked up to the palace through a park. It's a steep climb! But what satisfaction once we got to the top 😍
Online tickets were fast and easy. The park grounds weren't of much interest to us after seeing Moors castle and Pena Palace and all the walking for those sights. Pena Palace was ok. Not hugely glamorous. The mountaintop location is the most impressive thing.
Need a good half day to walk the grounds and palace. Didn't go inside but very satisfied with the outside areas. Steep walk up and not for someone with mobility issues.
Although the palace was very crowded, the place is incredible and we didn't have any problems with the tickets! We just queued up and waited for our turn to go in ☺️ It was amazing!
It was a great experience, just be mindful to arrive plenty of time ahead, to reach the palace it take around 10-15 walk uphill.
The tour was good. The palace is pretty amazing. The one thing that was a little bothersome was the fact that on the tkt it says that your time a lot is your time slot and will not be tolerated if missed, well it was , many ppl were arriving after their scheduled time. One thing that would be nice to be included is the length it can take to get from train station to the palace, the traffic was very congested and took longer than we thought it would. We were thankful we gave ourselves lots of time to get there
The castles are beautiful. They are worth visiting, but I do not recommend doing both visits on the same day. The distances between one and the other involve more than an hour's drive. The coaches run every 20 minutes. I wanted to stay longer at Quinta da Regaleira, and it was getting late to get into Quinta da Pena. I had to take a Bolt to get there on time. Calculate well the distances and how you are going to be able to travel.
Was a great experience however I only got 1 audio guide for Pena Palace only. The audio guide wasn't very helpful either. I just paused it to read the available description in each room as I found it to be more informative.
Charming places, consider the weather and especially the wind that can be very strong in the highlands. The places are to be visited in more than one day if you are a nature lover.
Fascinating palace with almost fairytale like extragances architecturally. The queues however were excessive despite entry system.
The palace is beautiful and its gardens. The worst thing is the hill to get to it and the need to arrive on time.
I bought a ticket online and it was the best thing I ever done because the lineup was huge and I went straight through and Audio guide explained all the points. It was a beautiful experience. I'm glad they did it and I will suggest it to all my friends

We were blown away by the Quinta da Regaleira. We spent 2 hours at the site. Enjoyed walking through the tunnel. The grounds were extensive with a lot to see.

Quick and easy purchase. There was a queue at the entrance, which took about 30 minutes, and at some attractions too. You should allow more time for your visit. Very beautiful place!
We absolutely loved Quinta Da Regaleria! The castle and grounds were beautiful and fun to explore. We met Faisal at a meeting point just outside the castle. He was awesome! He made sure we had our tickets and then escorted us to the entrance making certain we all got in. Faisal provided a very helpful map and step by step recommendations to see everything. You won't be disappointed getting your tickets here!
We enjoyed the gardens & attraction once we had found our guide (the instructions weren't clear on the original booking info although he did WhatsApp me on the morning & I just didn't see it until afterwards!)
I bought a ticket online and it was the best thing I ever done because the lineup was huge and I went straight through and Audio guide explained all the points. It was a beautiful experience. I'm glad they did it and I will suggest it to all my friends
It was a good attraction, a relaxing outdoor walk through gardens and winding pathways. Some statues were still covered but the walk down the well was very cool. Note that it can get quite wet as you get to the bottom and walk through the tunnels. I found buying the tickets online was easy. I took the train to Sintra which was reasonable priced but when you got there it was a bit chaotic sorting out how to get to the top. I should have researched it better. Meeting with the rep was okay but took me a bit to find him. He was very pleasant and had great insight on the property as well as some fun history.
We really enjoyed this visit. Very impressive site. Schedules are respected.
Easy way to buy. The place was gorgeous . Highly recommmeded. Do not miss the iniciation well
Very impressive. Bring good walking shoes.
It was amazing experience. Everything went smoothly with tickets. Loved Quinta da Regaleira.
The place is simply wonderful
The gardens are wonderful sos
Best excursion ever! The park is really something special.
The initiation well and caves. There's so much more to visit, it's well worth the effort.
The palace and grounds are beautiful!
The experience was great – Quinta da Regaleira was amazing. However, the tickets purchased through Headout were almost 50% more expensive than the price at the location. I understand the need for an extra fee, but I believe the markup is excessive.
The history, views, and how well preserved the area is preserved. Audio guide well explained and easy to follow and comprehend. Thxs
Best site we visited in Sintra! The ticketing was seamless online but you needed the app to get the bar codes. The assistant at the gate helped us with that process so no big deal. Highly recommend this destination. Have never seen anything like it and will remember forever as once in a lifetime.
The guide, even we were not able to come on time, was very nice and provided additional information with the map, so that we could still enjoy the tour.
The park is very well maintained. A moment to forget time. The grotto and fountain are very impressive. And it's not too crowded, so it's great in June...

Good, but no public transportation to Castro Dos Mouros, by walk to Castro is hard for me, but it's a wonderful experience😅

We really loved the climb and the views from this castle. Well worth the effort. Btw- we used Uber to get there fast.

Very nice place....it was worth it. Easy ka oricedure to purchase online. Slightly high price. Satisfied
The experience was outstanding regarding the quinta da Regaleira, beautiful the garden part all to discover with the caves as icing on the cake is beautiful fairy tale atmosphere. On the other hand, less beautiful was the visit of the Pena Palace, the palace very nice to photograph in the outside part but how the visit inside is organized I did not like it: it is a perennial and endless line to see two rooms and you do not see them well because you have to keep walking as there are so many people.
Palace & park are nice. You need more than 2 hours
The Palace is an amazing place with lots of history a s stunning views.

The stadium tour and the museum were just incredible. The history of the club is fascinating. Our tour guide was brilliant.
I liked the energy in the stadium, the trophy cabinet!
The highlight of my visit was
Great experience, good English guide!
the entire tour the changing rooms
This was a great tour with a very good guide
Parking great; friendly staff; ambience very good;
An incredible experience! Everything was very organized, clean and beautiful. The guide was great, super friendly and explained everything. A very worthwhile tour
Got there and the museum was closed; no explanation! Had paid extra to go to the museum so wasn't impressed with them and felt bad for the kids. Tour was ok; been on better.
The facilities are very beautiful, well-preserved and modern, and I was surprised to see how big everything was. But above all, the kindness and friendliness of our guide made the tour wonderful and fun!
We were so impressed that we forgot our backpack during the tour. The staff and police at the stadium were mega-friendly and went looking for it. They found our bag again. Super thanks guys!!!
Very well organized, very friendly guide. The visit to the stadium and the museum lasted a good 2? hours! We also got to see the Eagles. Very good value for money
The stadium experience itself was SUPER 😀 The "English" was not good and very difficult to understand, listless and rattled off as fast as possible ☹️
The stadium is beautiful. Very well looked after.
Brilliant! The guide was very professional and explained everything perfectly.
Great value well organised and very informative
Small group, nice guide, everything was great
yeah it was cool, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful taking photos making it fun and enjoyable!
Good visit, the guide was really nice !
It wasn't easy to find, but it was still a great experience.
The stadium is impressive. The kindness of all the workers who attended us was great.
The majesty of the stadium and the guide's commentary
guided tour and beautiful stadium. unfortunately, we were not able to visit the museum because we could not find it
The atmosphere here felt was amazing. I remember again the final of Euro 2004!!!

The audio guide did not work on many of the seat backs . We went on 3 different buses and they all were worn out and unable to give the guided tour, which was disappointing . We never got to listen during the whole journey as the seats were full and we were unable to switch seats to find one which worked!
The Belem line was good. The castles line looked interesting but we didn't do the whole thing ( the sound didn't work and everything was in close proximity).
The Lisbon Hop on Hop off tours were great!! It was a fun way to learn about lisbon and see the sights. The various bus routes made our trip even better. Also this tour has the best stops ( Time Out market and LX Factory)
Booked tickets online and activated on location. The ride went extremely well. First took a full tour of Lisbon and only then got off at points of interest. Nice way to see and reach large parts of the city easily.
In a single day, you can take several tours and discover the city without tiring. You can get off wherever you like and get back on the bus later.
A must! Well organized and interesting itinerary: we had a bad driver on one of the itineraries: unpleasant welcome and rough driving. Probably not a good day for him...
It takes you to the most beautifull places, nevertheless the issue is that the audios are so old, its boring to have to use cable airpods,
I thought I would have been able to access my tickets online but I had to travel from the railway station all the way to stop 1 in order to get printed tickets - luckily the bus driver allowed us on board with the online receipt and took us up there.
Tickets ordered online turned out to be vouchers that had to be exchanged for tickets first. After repeatedly asking via chat I was assured that with the voucher I could immediately board a bus, turned out not to be the case. Tours were good, sound quality in some buses poor.
It took us to where we would not normally go. The bus driveres, though, were not too friendly. When we got on the last bus, the purple Uptown line, it took the bus driver almost a minute to finally open the doot to let us in. He was looking at us directly as we were standing right in front of the doors and there was no reaction from him. No passengers were getting off at that stop too.
Good experience, too bad buses aren't more frequent and bus stops aren't better marked.
The tour itself was very good but I was disappointed with the tour details provided by the Audio. Very little info was provided on what we were supposed to be viewing, not told were to look m what side of the street etc. it could and should be improved and I think it's a simple thing to do. Otherwise the tour was very enjoyable
Op 1 locatie het ticket halen was onhandig. De kasteel lijn reed veld te weinig.
Tours very interesting and varied

We really enjoyed this activity, headphones provided, in French, we did the first tour entirely without getting off and we returned the next day and got off at Sintra. The return trip was difficult, however, as we had to wait 45 minutes for a bus. I'd recommend it!
Two very complete tours with an audio description in Brazilian Portuguese, which is very helpful. The stops are at strategic locations near points of interest and the frequency of the buses is good. I didn't catch any crowded buses or have to wait long. I also used the streetcars for free during the validity period of the ticket and visited other places such as the São Jorge Castle on top of the hill.
Uncomplicated hop on hop off. Very beautiful city with many facets Na and I also found the German explanation of what was always said good
1-The digital bus stop map on your website does not correspond to reality. 2-We have waited up to 1.30 hours for a bus to become available.
we took the bus 3 times in order to stop at the stations where we wanted to visit, in the 1st bus, perfect audio guide, in the 2nd and 3rd practically no comments and often late or early compared to the place itself.
Easy to get to most of attractions, especially not in the old city center

Perfect experience!!! We spent 3 days in Lisbon and bought LisboaCard which allowed us to discover the city and region without stress. Everything is included in LisboaCard, metro, bus, streetcar and even the train to Sintra! You can visit museums for free and get 10% off your bill in restaurants! A great experience!
Without buying tickets I can travel everywhere in Lasboa, where I want. I spent money and time. It is a good idae and choice for travel. I can suggest this Card for new visitors in Lisbao.
Greatest part was that we could climb almost everywhere, even the places we didn't know exist but found them accidentaly
The autonomy that gives you to have a card with which you can access transport without problem and a lot of monuments. They should consider the option of making a card for four days, we missed the last day and we would have loved to have Lisbon Card.
The lisboa card is a good solution that allows you to get around the city and see various attractions while also often skipping the ticket booth line. It's just too bad that pickup is tied to a physical operator and daytime office hours, if you arrive at night you will pick it up the next day.
The ticket for the palace The ticket for the palace was the same one you get with the app, so it's very easy to access. However, the Lisbon Card was more complicated because the downtown offices closed at lunchtime, which was the time we arrived. However, there was no problem getting it later.
The cour file ticket is super convenient! Too bad there aren't enough card collection points throughout the city.
So convenient. Practical, easy to use. Didnt work at earthquake museum or queluz or cathedral but did at lots of other places. Used it on buses trams trains and metro. Well worth the money. Thank you.
I used the Lisboa Card to access the Castle which made things a lot easier as I didn't have to queue to buy tickets. The Castle was quite amazing and had the best views of Lisbon.
Too many exceptions to where to use the card and some locations wasn't clear if they accepted it. Very few places to pickup the physical card. Most travelers don't have the time or patience to research all of this.
Excellent! Everything worked perfect, tickets, transportation, it is a great value for money especially the use we made of it in our pass through Lisbon.
Very practical and easy to use, the fact that it integrates means of transport and tourist attractions saves us time and money during a trip that is usually very short.
Easy use of Lisboa card on transportation, at Mosteiro dos Jeronimos. Elevador de Santa Justa. Castello de Sao Jorge.
There was a public transportation strike. There was also a power outage that prevented us from making full use of the card.
It was a wonderful experience and thanks to the Lisbon Card we visited almost the entire city without any problems with tickets and public transportation
Very nice experience, I enjoyed visiting the city and some museums I wanted to visit. I highly recommend using the Pass card.
The scenery is still fantastic I've never tried the Lisbon card before... but with good planning it's worth it
Great value for money HIGHLY recommend
All very useful especially for vehicle use,
It is convenient to use, but the multi-day card cannot be cancelled.
Peña Palace was amazing to visit, very impressive and good experience.
Having access to so many sites is worth it!
No need to worry about buying tickets for public transport. Cheaper or free admission.

The tour guides were amazing- Martin and Marta. We learned so much about the monastery. They were warm, friendly, and passionate .
The tour was excellent, our guide Martin was fabulous, very entertaining and knowledgeable, he arrived very punctual and was always kind and friendly.
Our guides - Martin and Leanor were fantastic! Very informative, kind, and funny! Highly recommend the maritime museum as well!
Our guide, Fredrico Perrinos was amazing. His knowledge of the history and symbolism of the monastery was outstanding. I highly recommend the tour.
Amazing place. Was worried about getting in there since there was such a long line but it seems if you go later in the day the line isn't as long
Frederico (?) was awesome. Probably the second best tour guide I have ever met. He made it very interesting by reciting stories. He was ably assisted by his student, Gabriela (?).
Rita was awesome. She showed us back alleyways with restaurants and other interesting things. Provided a great history of Portugal and Lisbon.
Guide was enthusiastic engaging and earnest in communicating the history and significance for the notable structural features throughout the tour.
Our guide Federico gave us a very detailed tour of the monastery and the church. It was a worthwhile experience; if you want a comprehensive and entertaining tour of the premises, Federico is the right person for you!
Super guide (Martin) Very interesting and instructive tour, excellent organization
Federico was a fountain of knowledge and has devoted his life to studying history and culture of Portugal. Great guide!

Everything was perfect. Martins was an excellent and professional guide. I'm very grateful. Only at the counter they didn't accept your tickets, they said you couldn't sell guided tours. They were even a bit rude to me, saying that the ticket was worthless. They moved on to the next service, leaving me behind. I bought a ticket with Martins to check for a refund. Then I was guided by Martins and everything was perfect. Thank you very much.
The tour guide was knowledgeable, funny and kept a good pace. We thought he did a really good job informing us and providing recommendations for what to see after the tour was over.
Our guide, John, made our tour very enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about Portugal's history as well as Lisbon's history. I would recommend this.
We were able to benefit from mafalda's clear and enriching explanations for a good 1 hour. She listened attentively and answered all our questions. Go there with your eyes closed
We had a great time with our guide, who gave us lots of useful information during our visit to the Château Saint Georges site.
The guided tour at São Jorge Castle was excellent. It was full of interesting facts and stories that made the visit much more meaningful. It ended up being one of the parts I enjoyed most during my time in Lisbon.
great experience and learned a lot as welll
tour guide was extremely knowledgeable not just of the castle but so much around Lisbon. excellent experience
We were very pleased with our tour . Well worth the money . Joao did a great job !
Excellent guide, very knowledgeable
Our tour guide was informative and entertaining!

It was a terrible experience. They changed my time and never gave me a refund since I couldn't make the revised time! I have never had such terrible customer service!

It is all about convenience and turning to Headout facilitated the purchase of not one location (monument ) but two to visit. The website presented various options and packages,(which made it harder to choose) with a simplified form of navigation. It was easy and a satisfying experience to choose, pay and receive all the necessary information for my visit. I highly recommend HEAD OUT.COM.
The space is just indescribable, at least in a way to do it justice. Stunning things to see at every turn. A glorious place to visit! No picture can do it justice. We loved exploring the caves and the well the most but so much more than that to do.
I bought a ticket online and it was the best thing I ever done because the lineup was huge and I went straight through and Audio guide explained all the points. It was a beautiful experience. I'm glad they did it and I will suggest it to all my friends
The visits were amazing but we were disappointed that we could only get the commentary to work on either my phone or my wife's Even though we had ordered both. This was possibly due to my ineptitude but I could not work out how to do it. I simply won't bother in the future.
The park is very well maintained. A moment to forget time. The grotto and fountain are very impressive. And it's not too crowded, so it's great in June...
Easy to get through the gates at 10am. The place is stunning and clearly signed. There is so much history and beauty beyond the gate
I've been all over the world and this was in my top 3 Palaces. The grounds are amazing. The gardens, the smells, the "hike g", the architectural details, the CAVES! The best thing was that everything you see you can climb all over. I just wished I had lived here. Truly, WOW!
Very beautiful site! Well worth a visit if you go to Sintra. By car, parking a bit far away. You'll have to be in good shape to get there by foot, as the walk is uphill.
Very nice sites. Too bad about the absence of audioguide in Italian at the castelo and the need to purchase audioguide in Italian at the fifth
Visit two UNESCO sites located just 15-minutes apart for an effortless Sintra experience.
