National Pantheon

• Tip: A city flea market is held underneath the monument every Saturday and Tuesday morning, so drop by before visiting the Pantheon.
• Although wheelchairs can get you around the rest of the Pantheon, the dome is out of bounds.
• When ascending the Pantheon's Dome Stairs, it’s recommended that you wear shoes that provide enough support and stability.
• All Portuguese nationals have free entry on Sundays and national holidays before 2pm.
• It is strictly forbidden to touch the artwork and to use flash photography.

St. George’s Castle

• Tip: En route to the castle, check out the Recolhimento viewpoint which is a planted terrace with olive trees that overlooks a stunning vista over the traditional Alfama.
• There could be a waiting time of 2 hours.
• Aside from guide dogs, pets are not permitted at this attraction.

• You can visit each attraction only once.
• Bear in mind that national monuments and museums are closed on the following dates: January 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, December 24 and 25, and on municipal holidays (June 13 in Lisbon and June 29 in Sintra).
• All cards must be exchanged at the same redemption point.
• Museums and national monuments are closed on Mondays.
• Museums and monuments undergoing temporary renovation are clearly marked within the digital guidebook.
• The Lisboa Card digital guide is an essential component of the product and must be downloaded by the cardholder to access all relevant information.
• Entry to Jerónimos Monastery is subject to capacity limits and managed according to the monument’s operational guidelines.

• Exchange your digital voucher for a physical Lisboa card from any of the redemption points mentioned in your voucher.
• To activate it, you need to write your name, the date, and the exact time of activation on the card.
• Use the card for the first time either on public transport or at a participating museum or attraction.

Validity:

• Before activation: Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• After activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you use it for the first time and is valid for the number of 24-hour periods chosen. For example, if you select a 48-hour pass and take any public transport at 3pm on a Monday afternoon, your pass is valid till Wednesday 3pm.
