The Pilar 7 "Experience" has had its main attraction (panoramic elevator) broken for over a year. However, they are still open, claiming that anyone who wants to can walk up (22 floors). I asked for a refund.

Seeing the cables and pillars from inside makes you realize the immense work that takes a construction of these dimensions. You miss not being able to go higher but the virtual reality they offer impresses.
