Great service, I got the tickets online and thank God I did not buy tickets on the same day. It was full and people were queuing for hours to get in. I simply showed my ticket and got in straight away.

At the time of arrival, we were able to enter with our tickets with ease. We showed up 45 minutes early so we had to wait in a lineup of others who were also early. They control the amount if traffic entering in this way which was appreciated because it was very very busy. The gardens and the palace themselves are stunning. We waited about 30 minutes in line to see the initiation well, but it was so worth it. We both really enjoyed learning about the property and the man who built it via the interactive video and historical timelines that they have on display in one of the buildings

The Quinta da Regaleira was the best sight we visited in Sinatra. Much better than the Pena Palace and much easier to get to, just a 10 minute walk from the center. Can easily spend 2 hours walking the grounds so if you you only have time for one do this one.

The space is just indescribable, at least in a way to do it justice. Stunning things to see at every turn. A glorious place to visit! No picture can do it justice. We loved exploring the caves and the well the most but so much more than that to do.

We were blown away by the Quinta da Regaleira. We spent 2 hours at the site. Enjoyed walking through the tunnel. The grounds were extensive with a lot to see.

The site was a magical place and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Spent about 3.5 hours exploring. Was a bit disappointed that the palace section was only 1 floor. I saw lots of map postings but I didn't see any "you are here" markers. Of course it was crowded but everyone was happy. I didn't see one person in a foul mood.

I recently visited Quinta da Regaleira and was amazed by the beauty and mystery of the place. The labyrinthine gardens, secret caves and famous initiation well offer a unique, almost fairytale-like experience. However, I found the entrance fee a little excessive, especially for a family with three children. In my opinion, such a culturally rich site should offer more affordable rates for families, so that everyone can enjoy it to the full.

Visiting Quinta da Regaleira was absolutely magical. The gardens felt like walking through a fairytale, especially the Initiation Well—it was mysterious and breathtaking. The entire estate is full of hidden symbols and beautiful architecture. We loved exploring the tunnels and secret paths. It wasn’t too crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A must-see in Sintra!

We had a great experience! Quinta da Regaleira was even more impressive than I was expecting. Definitely worth the visit. Ticketing went well with once I realized you must download the app in order to access them (the ticket link in confirmation email does not work until you do). You only need about an hour or 2 to see everything. Highly recommend going!

Incredible A must-do. An extremely magical day, the quinta de la regaleira is enchanting. And the palace is breathtaking. Children aged 5 to 13 loved it, as did the adults. Allow plenty of time between each tour, as we ran out of time to see Pena Park.

I was quite disappointed, first the problems to get there, it is not well explained that you can not access by car and the disbursement of money you have to make to get there, it is nicer on the outside the truth.

After having gone to the beautiful Quinta da Regaleira, we went to the National Palace of Pena, which was stunning. Walking up there and seeing the building through the trees with all its bright colours is truly magnificent, a sight to behold. Going over the drawbridge you go to the interior entrance and after you have entered you get blown away the designs, especially the ceilings. Going through the interior of the palace makes you think you have gone back in time, seeing all the old furniture, paintings and ornaments you really start to appreciate the beauty of the palace. When you go onto the terrace outside you are met with a refreshing breeze and an absolutely gorgeous view. After having gone through and on the palace you go to the gardens which in its own right is a treasure trove of beauty. We had a joyous time at the Palace and we highly recommend it to anyone who visits Portugal.

Loved both experiences, Moorish castle's ruins are amazing, Pena Palace was a bit crowded but still manageable. Tip: bring your own food and drink, the only option in place is a bar so crowded with tourists that is pratically unreachable. Automatic distributors only accept cash and didn't worked at all in our visit.

All round amazing experience! I must admit I was sceptical about not buying tickets through the official palace website - but we had no issues what so ever! We were even 30mins late due to a public transport delay. They were very accommodating and it was no drama at all! I had read prior that the inside of the palace wasn't worth visiting but I completely disagree, we are on the final leg of our 6week Europe trip and have been inside many many castles, we agree that this was the best one so far! The truth is that with the purchased tickets we arrived and we did not have to queue, we went directly. In that sense everything was very comfortable and good. What upset us and delayed us the most was the access with the car which is something that I have not read anywhere. On the internet it said that there was parking near the monuments but the reality is that when I went there was a huge queue of cars and we arrived at the first monument 45 minutes later. They let us pass without any problem when we explained the situation but the truth is that it is something that makes us angry and spoils the day because if we had been told beforehand we could have gone with more time in advance.

Very good, but I couldn't save the tickets in my files or in my drive. It remains in the Headout application Arrived at 1:15pm at the station, we had time to take the tourist bus (ticket extra) and visit the château de Pena, the park and the chalet. It was too hot to climb up to the Château des Maures, which is a shame, as this is a magnificent site. I recommend leaving earlier than we did and visiting the Château des Maures first thing in the morning. The combo ticket allows you to visit everything, but buses are extra.

I didn't expect much from this visit, planned to lighten the children's visit to Lisbon, I must say I totally changed my mind, because it is really worth it, the history of the club is incredible, the organization very good, the stadium very nice, the museum really deserves, on the third floor play area gives vent to the children's energy. My Portuganephew was traveling with me in Portugal as a graduation present for him. He is an avid sports fan of all types of sports. We were disappointed that there were no games in Lisbon when we were there. Fortunately, we found the tour of Benfica Stadium and booked it. What a wonderfully organized and thorough tour of The stadium and background. We especially enjoyed the chance to see the eagle mascots up close and to tour all around the amazing stadium. I bought a family ticket and at the entrance, the person who greeted me handed me only 1 scarf, but nowhere did it say that I wouldn't be entitled to 4, which was the number of people my ticket covered. Not only that, but on entering I saw the stadium completely under renovation, with no grass at all, a real disappointment! A renovation of this magnitude needs to be communicated before tickets are bought, so that people can decide if they want to visit anyway. I felt doubly wronged!

It's well worth the visit. Soccer fans will certainly appreciate it 👌 Long queue outside. Better to try and get here when it opens. But once inside, on a self-guided tour, it's so big and impressive that it feels empty! We have some great memories with Victoiria the mascot! The museum is equally impressive.

The Pena Palace is amazing both for its hilltop location and for the combination of architectural styles, ornaments, and history. The view is spectacular. The Palace Park is wonderful, with many lakes and a variety of impressive trees, providing much-needed shade on a hot day.

Exploring Pena Palace felt like stepping into a vivid dream—its colors, towers, and hilltop views were pure magic. At Quinta da Regaleira, I wandered through secret tunnels and mystical gardens that whispered tales of mystery and imagination. Together, they offered a journey through fantasy, history, and wonder—a truly unforgettable experience.

Both inside and out and we are glad we did both the park and the palace! 100% will be booking with headout again. Cannot recommend enough.

Bought tickets to Pena Palace while in Lisbon and taxied to the town. Once there found that there were too many add ons once at the site. Ie; extra bus rides, other tour sites. There were many visitors there the day we went and found the interior tour boring due to length of time shuffling people through the two floors. Would skip that tour the next time. The old town visit part way down the hill after the castle was a highlight for us. Took the train back to what we thought as Lisbon but due to no visitor help at the station ended up on the wrong train.

Had no problems with the tickets. Something came up for our group so we got there later than planned and couldn't enter the actual palace. An enjoyable day in the company of Paulo SILVA who is a very professional guide and ensures that everyone gets the most out of the tour. I gave 4 stars because the description of the visit to the castle gardens is ambiguous. In fact, the most beautiful gardens don't belong to Pena Palace, but to other castles not included in the tour.

Enjoy two iconic Sintra landmarks with a single, cost-effective combo ticket.

  • Everything you get at Moorish Castle: Step into the 9th-century Moorish Castle, where you can walk along ancient walls, climb towers, and take in panoramic views of the surrounding hills and the colorful Pena Palace
  • Everything you get at Pena Palace & Park: Discover the Romantic-era Pena Palace, a vibrant blend of neo-Gothic, Manueline, Moorish, and Islamic architecture, nestled in 200 acres of scenic gardens.
  • Why choose this: Save time with seamless access: just present your ticket at each entrance and explore at your own pace with no need for guided tours or rigid schedules.
  • Upgrades: Make your basic entry ticket better with an audio guide that offers deeper insights into both attractions’ history.

Inclusions

  • Entry to Moorish Castle
  • Entry to Pena Palace & Park
  • Audio guide in English, Spanish, French, or German (based on option selected)

Exclusions

  • Transport
    • Live guide

Moorish Castle

  • The Moorish Castle is wheelchair accessible, but certain areas are sloped or irregular and can be challenging to navigate.
  • One pet dog per person is allowed at the castle, and there will be water bowls available at multiple points.
  • Make sure to read the venue’s guidelines before bringing your pet dog along.

Pena Palace & Park

  • The Pena Palace is partially closed for renovations. Read this to plan your visit accordingly.
  • Enjoy a free audio guide in Portuguese, English, Spanish, or French. Make sure to bring a fully charged phone and your best earphones for a great experience.
  • Late arrivals will be denied entry, so make sure to reach the palace within your designated time slot.
  • The path from the park entrance to the Pena Palace is roughly a 30-minute walk; comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
  • Private vehicles aren’t permitted, so you’ll have to rely on pedestrian trails or public transport.
  • Download the free Zoom Guide app before your visit for access to multilingual audio guides, images, and more to help you navigate better.
  • These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

The Moorish Castle was definitely worth a visit while in Sintra. The views from the top were incredible, and walking along the old stone walls was a unique experience. It’s more of a ruin than a castle, so don’t expect furnished rooms or exhibits, but the history and setting are impressive. There’s a fair bit of walking and stairs, so wear good shoes and bring water—especially if it’s hot. It wasn’t overly crowded when we went in the morning, which made it more enjoyable. Overall, a great stop if you like history, nature, or photography.

Very easy to use for all transport, including the train to Sintra or Caiscais, the historic streetcar, and all Lisbon transport. Very easy to get into monuments, simply by presenting the card, sometimes even with a queue-cutter to save waiting time. And also discounts on souvenir purchases at Lisbon city information centers. The latter was a surprise for me. I'd recommend it if you want to visit a lot of monuments that would be expensive on their own. On the other hand, if you're planning to visit only free places or few paying sites, then simply pay by credit card directly, including for transport. Make your calculations! We're delighted.

It took us to where we would not normally go. The bus driveres, though, were not too friendly. When we got on the last bus, the purple Uptown line, it took the bus driver almost a minute to finally open the doot to let us in. João was a great guide for us and a small group on a very hot day. Glad we booked the early tour. Monastery was beautiful and his insight into the area was very valuable. Getting there early made the crowds minimal, and of course we walked right in at opening with the other groups. Keep in mind that on Sundays the chapel is closed for services until 2pm. So a bit of a let down but very understandable. The tour overall was a beautiful way to see Belem.

Our guide Federico was phenomenal: he was so knowledgable about the history and the small details of the architecture and design. Arriving early and not having to wait long to get inside was key, but the tour added so much more to enjoying this monument than going through on my own. I would definitely recommend this option to see the monastery!!

The Pros - The guide Renan was super knowledgeable and engaging and took care of all the group. Umbrellas & Water provided which was nice because of the sun especially as walking tour . Pastais de Belem was amazing to learn about. The Neutral - Belem is closed for renovation ,even the outside was covered with covering and construction materials so couldn't really see it but not tour company's fault. the only negative - There is no such thing as "skip the line" ticket in the afternoons for the monestary so just bare that in mind for afternoon time tour. Our wait wasn't too long by any means but when you pay the price of skip-the-line ticket its something I think should be highlighted before purchase. You do the monestary last to reduce the chance of longer queue.

The place is a beauty. It's worth every minute you spend walking around. The architecture, the history, a fantastic combo. To all that you add some great guides who not only tell you everything about the place, but also give a lecture on history with so much passion for their work is an absolute 10 congratulated!!!

The tour was well organized and I suppose delivers on the the most important promise of not having to wait in a long line to enter the monastery. The tour guide was great and did a nice job keeping a large group moving forward. Overall, it was a good experience. It was a little disappointing that Belem Tower was unavailable -- even to see the exterior -- due to renovations, but I suppose there's no fault to find there.

Therewas no problem meeting up with the guide. - the 'finding the guide' instructions were clear and accurate. The guide was excellent. He had the necessary information at his 'finger tips'. He was patient and responded to all questions. He was able to expound on the information in an interesting and often a humourous way.

Very nice - mighty sharks and rays - great food in the restaurant with super friendly staff and afterwards fun playing in the water garden.

I have always wanted to see sharks. This aquarium made my wish come true. It's a beautiful place, it has interesting educational content. I also loved the short film projection about human connection to the ocean.

The design of the aquarium tours is very attractive and informative. The combination with the cable car rounds off this event nicely.

We loved how easy it was to book! Phenomenal aquarium, probablythe best I've been to. So nicely laid out, well maintained & clean. Exhibits were informative and in both Portuguese and English. Learned so much! Adding the cable car ticket was so worth it.

The central tank acted as a touchstone for the ocean as we went to each of the represented areas. My sister is in a wheelchair and there were always friendly staff to show us to elevators as needed.

The aquarium is one of the best I have been to. I especially loved their Sea Dragons! I got there early and it was not too crowded. By the time I left it was packed. Get there early to avoid the crowds.

Very beautiful but they were doing maintenance, there were some aquariums that were not working, but the big one was beautiful. So it was fabulous

The exhibits are quite beautiful and fascinating! Our only criticisms are that the hallways need better lighting, maybe using color stripes would also help and I wanted more detailed information about the marine life and ocean - maybe an audio guide is needed.

Loved the sea otters and sea dragons All the advertising says it's the best in the world - it's not! Much smaller than expected, not even any turtles!

It lacks more immersive experiences, and admission is very expensive too. I thought it would be more diversified. Not all the senses are used.

Getting tickets was easy. It was good to see there were reductions for seniors. We enoyed the aquarium far more than we expected. It was set out really well and we spent around 3 hours inside. The cable car was enoyable but we were very disappointed to discover that we were expected to pay extra for the viewing tower. That was not made clear.

I was a little scared to do the Telecabine as I have a moderate fear of heights. However, the telecabine was so secure and did not shake that I was able to enjoy myself without stressing about the heights. The Oceanário was just mind blowing with all the different species of sea creatures. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and it was money well spent.

The oceanarium is great, it is a totally recommended plan for both children and adults. The only thing I missed was a part with turtles, it would have been perfect. As for the experience with Headout, I was very happy. I found it super easy to buy tickets and have access to them at all times (even offline). Arriving there just to present the barcode without waiting in line at the box office is a joy.
