Great service, I got the tickets online and thank God I did not buy tickets on the same day. It was full and people were queuing for hours to get in. I simply showed my ticket and got in straight away.
La facilidad de compra. La quinta es increíble. Todo muy lindo. La audioguia un poco más clara en el recorrido sugerido, pero solo por ser muy puntillozo.
Quinta da Regaleira was such a magical experience! I went on my own and it did not disappoint. The place is absolutely beautiful—full of mystery, charm, and stunning views. It felt like stepping into a fairytale!
Very pleasant visit, even if it's getting a bit crowded. BEMOL: It's more expensive to buy the ticket on this platform than directly on site. Audioguides are abnormally expensive, and should be part of the basic price.
Easy to get through the gates at 10am. The place is stunning and clearly signed. There is so much history and beauty beyond the gate
Thanks to the e-ticket for 11am, we didn't have to queue and were able to go straight in when we arrived shortly after 11am.
At the time of arrival, we were able to enter with our tickets with ease. We showed up 45 minutes early so we had to wait in a lineup of others who were also early. They control the amount if traffic entering in this way which was appreciated because it was very very busy. The gardens and the palace themselves are stunning. We waited about 30 minutes in line to see the initiation well, but it was so worth it. We both really enjoyed learning about the property and the man who built it via the interactive video and historical timelines that they have on display in one of the buildings
The Quinta da Regaleira was the best sight we visited in Sinatra. Much better than the Pena Palace and much easier to get to, just a 10 minute walk from the center. Can easily spend 2 hours walking the grounds so if you you only have time for one do this one.
The space is just indescribable, at least in a way to do it justice. Stunning things to see at every turn. A glorious place to visit! No picture can do it justice. We loved exploring the caves and the well the most but so much more than that to do.
We were blown away by the Quinta da Regaleira. We spent 2 hours at the site. Enjoyed walking through the tunnel. The grounds were extensive with a lot to see.
The site was a magical place and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Spent about 3.5 hours exploring. Was a bit disappointed that the palace section was only 1 floor. I saw lots of map postings but I didn't see any "you are here" markers. Of course it was crowded but everyone was happy. I didn't see one person in a foul mood.
Easy to make the reservation and at the entrance of the places visited. Beautiful area of Portugal, a must visit.
Beautiful scenery, gorgeous views
Top for velocity so I could take the tickets just in time
Everything! The garden, the architecture, the Initiation Well and the Palace. We love it
All in all a wonderful day
The view is wonderful, the castle and the park are beautiful, you can take pleasant walks, sit and look around.
could spend hours here; initiation well and regailera tower was fun to see
We got in quickly and on time with the tickets. We loved the cave system and the wonderful park the most.
Impressive, one of the most beautiful gardens I have ever seen.
The clarity and freshness of the site, The hesitancy of the vegetation
Lovely way to spend a few hours
Beautiful site, amazing walking trails and of course, the iconic well.
Easy, tickets in the app and I was able to access the tickets on my phone at the location.
We really enjoyed this visit. Very impressive site. Schedules are respected.

Incredible A must-do. An extremely magical day, the quinta de la regaleira is enchanting. And the palace is breathtaking. Children aged 5 to 13 loved it, as did the adults. Allow plenty of time between each tour, as we ran out of time to see Pena Park.
I was quite disappointed, first the problems to get there, it is not well explained that you can not access by car and the disbursement of money you have to make to get there, it is nicer on the outside the truth.
After having gone to the beautiful Quinta da Regaleira, we went to the National Palace of Pena, which was stunning. Walking up there and seeing the building through the trees with all its bright colours is truly magnificent, a sight to behold. Going over the drawbridge you go to the interior entrance and after you have entered you get blown away the designs, especially the ceilings. Going through the interior of the palace makes you think you have gone back in time, seeing all the old furniture, paintings and ornaments you really start to appreciate the beauty of the palace. When you go onto the terrace outside you are met with a refreshing breeze and an absolutely gorgeous view. After having gone through and on the palace you go to the gardens which in its own right is a treasure trove of beauty. We had a joyous time at the Palace and we highly recommend it to anyone who visits Portugal.
great to see all the architecture and history! crowd was definitely busy and sometimes got in the way of taking pictures. transportation up the hill is a great option! buy tickets in advance to skip some lines.
Loved both experiences, Moorish castle's ruins are amazing, Pena Palace was a bit crowded but still manageable. Tip: bring your own food and drink, the only option in place is a bar so crowded with tourists that is pratically unreachable. Automatic distributors only accept cash and didn't worked at all in our visit.
Great service, I got the tickets online and thank God I did not buy tickets on the same day. It was full and people were queuing for hours to get in. I simply showed my ticket and got in straight away.
The Pena Palace is amazing both for its hilltop location and for the combination of architectural styles, ornaments, and history. The view is spectacular. The Palace Park is wonderful, with many lakes and a variety of impressive trees, providing much-needed shade on a hot day.
It's a magical place. It has such a peaceful atmosphere, even with all the tourists. The only downside is access. Huge traffic jams in Sintra to get here. The downside of mass tourism.
La facilidad de compra. La quinta es increíble. Todo muy lindo. La audioguia un poco más clara en el recorrido sugerido, pero solo por ser muy puntillozo.
I really enjoyed this visit Sintra palace is really as I imagined it would be it is currently being renovated inside and out the gardens are also a marvel for the eyes at the vagaries of the paths we discover the splendor of the place
Amazing, beautiful n surreal..a must visit if you are in Lisbon, beautiful picturesque architecture with gorgeous royal interiors...
The ticketing experience was clear and easy to use the app. The castles were fabulous. I think we sam the two most beautiful castles and it was enough for one day.
We have a good experience for visiting at Pena Palace & Quinta da Regaleira. Because we had good atmosphere at these places. Also We had many good view points around there. Espetially instagramers are suitable here.
Quinta da Regaleira was such a magical experience! I went on my own and it did not disappoint. The place is absolutely beautiful—full of mystery, charm, and stunning views. It felt like stepping into a fairytale!
Exploring Pena Palace felt like stepping into a vivid dream—its colors, towers, and hilltop views were pure magic. At Quinta da Regaleira, I wandered through secret tunnels and mystical gardens that whispered tales of mystery and imagination. Together, they offered a journey through fantasy, history, and wonder—a truly unforgettable experience.
Very pleasant visit, even if it's getting a bit crowded. BEMOL: It's more expensive to buy the ticket on this platform than directly on site. Audioguides are abnormally expensive, and should be part of the basic price.
Kids loved exploring! We had the best time! It was completely foggy when we arrived but it lifted before we left. We got great photos !
2 beautiful parks and castles. On time we were allowed to acces. For Pena castle we liked the audio tour. However the numbers in the audio guide were not always the same as the numbers in the castle.
All round amazing experience! I must admit I was sceptical about not buying tickets through the official palace website - but we had no issues what so ever! We were even 30mins late due to a public transport delay. They were very accommodating and it was no drama at all! I had read prior that the inside of the palace wasn't worth visiting but I completely disagree, we are on the final leg of our 6week Europe trip and have been inside many many castles, we agree that this was the best one so far! Both inside and out and we are glad we did both the park and the palace! 100% will be booking with headout again. Cannot recommend enough.
Easy to get through the gates at 10am. The place is stunning and clearly signed. There is so much history and beauty beyond the gate
So simple and easy to use. Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone. However, be aware must be in semi-shape as there is alot of walking and hills to climb.
Buying tickets online was so easy! And it's really helpful. Because it's an amazing place and many people want to visit this palace every day. I think this place is magical. It's a really good idea to visit Pena Palace and Park.

We went there for the first time and I can say it was great. The welcome and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. And the stadium was simply magnificent.
The unguided tour was perfect, you didn't think you could see the whole stadium from top to bottom, the eagle was in the air. A wonderful experience. Thank you
I didn't expect much from this visit, planned to lighten the children's visit to Lisbon, I must say I totally changed my mind, because it is really worth it, the history of the club is incredible, the organization very good, the stadium very nice, the museum really deserves, on the third floor play area gives vent to the children's energy. Commercial part minimal but well organized. Restaurant 3rd ring to recommend for value for money really good, very nice staff. I really recommend it for those who do several days in Lisbon also to disconnect from the tourist chaos of the center.
Although it says that it is essential to bring printed tickets, they print them upon arrival. And the attention at all times has been great.
Great experience, self guided tour. Great to see the eagles and get up close to the field. Going through the locker room gave us the real feeling of being a Benfica player. Forca Benfica! 🇵🇹
My Portuganephew was traveling with me in Portugal as a graduation present for him. He is an avid sports fan of all types of sports. We were disappointed that there were no games in Lisbon when we were there. Fortunately, we found the tour of Benfica Stadium and booked it. What a wonderfully organized and thorough tour of The stadium and background. We especially enjoyed the chance to see the eagle mascots up close and to tour all around the amazing stadium. We added the tour of the museum as well when we finished the stadium tour. It was also so well organized, and well done. My nephew was very pleased and surprised to be able to have this experience in place of actually getting to see a game.
The stadium, the history of the club, a small improvement on the audiophones. We were French, no translation. The club and its history deserve to be understood and discovered in other languages.
Great self-service tour, which gives you the freedom to move around the stadium in your own time. The stadium is very well looked after. Explosions can be requested from anyone during the tour.
It was great! Very informative and easily accessible for English speakers, the way the tour was laid out made it run smoothly and the staff were warm and friendly.
The stadium tour and the museum were just incredible. The history of the club is fascinating. Our tour guide was brilliant.
Everything was correct and the personal treatment was 10. It is worth the visit if you visit Lisbon for tourism.
Everything was great, for adults and children alike. Thanks to all
We did the stadium + the museum and frankly everything was exceptional.
Beautiful experience, beautiful museum....
The stadium is beautiful. Very well looked after.
Brilliant! The guide was very professional and explained everything perfectly.
I liked the energy in the stadium, the trophy cabinet!
The highlight of my visit was
It's well worth the visit. Soccer fans will certainly appreciate it 👌 Long queue outside. Better to try and get here when it opens. But once inside, on a self-guided tour, it's so big and impressive that it feels empty! We have some great memories with Victoiria the mascot! The museum is equally impressive.
Well, my son was very happy, but instead of the Museum we only saw the 360 stadium with the gift of the scarf. I didn't claim anything because I didn't remember 100% what I took but I looked at it later and the museum was missing.
It was good to see the stadium. I just wish we could've seen all of the facility, locker rooms, the basketball court, eagle, etc.
It was a great experience. You could explore the stadium on your own and you got to see everything you wanted to see.
An exciting stadium tour and informative museum about Benfica. Our son enjoyed it so much that we did it a second time within 2 years. You need at least half a day to see everything.
I bought a family ticket and at the entrance, the person who greeted me handed me only 1 scarf, but nowhere did it say that I wouldn't be entitled to 4, which was the number of people my ticket covered. Not only that, but on entering I saw the stadium completely under renovation, with no grass at all, a real disappointment! A renovation of this magnitude needs to be communicated before tickets are bought, so that people can decide if they want to visit anyway. I felt doubly wronged!
It was a very nice experience It was trully amazing. The personal was very polite and very profesional . To summ up it was really great .

With The Ticket on the Phone I had direct access No need to go through the ticket office I recommend going straight to the entrance. The first walls do not have much to see All the others are worth doing (beware that one side is empty) Ae you can go early in the morning when it opens, there are few people there

Amazing This castle looks like it came straight out of a fairytale – absolutely enchanting!” ✨🏰
Tickets worked smoothly online. The palace is very beautiful, but very tourist crowded. To get into the palace there are time slots and long lines.
Bought tickets to Pena Palace while in Lisbon and taxied to the town. Once there found that there were too many add ons once at the site. Ie; extra bus rides, other tour sites. There were many visitors there the day we went and found the interior tour boring due to length of time shuffling people through the two floors. Would skip that tour the next time. The old town visit part way down the hill after the castle was a highlight for us. Took the train back to what we thought as Lisbon but due to no visitor help at the station ended up on the wrong train.
Had no problems with the tickets. Something came up for our group so we got there later than planned and couldn't enter the actual palace. It was still a great experience just enjoying the terraces and taking lovely photos. We actually wished we'd paid for the park only as we didn't feel like we'd missed much, not entering the palace.
The castle is beautiful and very original, park a haven of peace very nice day without hitch.transport very well organized
Good, but no public transportation to Castro Dos Mouros, by walk to Castro is hard for me, but it's a wonderful experience😅
An enjoyable day in the company of Paulo SILVA who is a very professional guide and ensures that everyone gets the most out of the tour. I gave 4 stars because the description of the visit to the castle gardens is ambiguous. In fact, the most beautiful gardens don't belong to Pena Palace, but to other castles not included in the tour.
Enjoy two iconic Sintra landmarks with a single, cost-effective combo ticket.

fast, convenient, practical, many acceptance locations
Greatest part was that we could climb almost everywhere, even the places we didn't know exist but found them accidentaly
No long waits for entering museums and visiting other landmarks, convenient to hop on and off busses, trains and trams. Peace of mind in a small card!
With this card I had free or reduced access to many attractions and free transportation, that allowed us to visit even places far away. I can recommend this form of city exploration. It"s easy accessible ant gives many possibilities.
Very easy to use for all transport, including the train to Sintra or Caiscais, the historic streetcar, and all Lisbon transport. Very easy to get into monuments, simply by presenting the card, sometimes even with a queue-cutter to save waiting time. And also discounts on souvenir purchases at Lisbon city information centers. The latter was a surprise for me. I'd recommend it if you want to visit a lot of monuments that would be expensive on their own. On the other hand, if you're planning to visit only free places or few paying sites, then simply pay by credit card directly, including for transport. Make your calculations! We're delighted.
It was great that you didn't have to worry about whether you could take the bus or not. You could often get in quicker than if you had to buy a ticket on the spot. I really liked the Crown Jewels exhibition. We went there in the afternoon and there was hardly anything going on.
The autonomy that gives you to have a card with which you can access transport without problem and a lot of monuments. They should consider the option of making a card for four days, we missed the last day and we would have loved to have Lisbon Card.
The lisboa card is a good solution that allows you to get around the city and see various attractions while also often skipping the ticket booth line. It's just too bad that pickup is tied to a physical operator and daytime office hours, if you arrive at night you will pick it up the next day.
The ticket for the palace The ticket for the palace was the same one you get with the app, so it's very easy to access. However, the Lisbon Card was more complicated because the downtown offices closed at lunchtime, which was the time we arrived. However, there was no problem getting it later.
The cour file ticket is super convenient! Too bad there aren't enough card collection points throughout the city.
So convenient. Practical, easy to use. Didnt work at earthquake museum or queluz or cathedral but did at lots of other places. Used it on buses trams trains and metro. Well worth the money. Thank you.
I used the Lisboa Card to access the Castle which made things a lot easier as I didn't have to queue to buy tickets. The Castle was quite amazing and had the best views of Lisbon.
Too many exceptions to where to use the card and some locations wasn't clear if they accepted it. Very few places to pickup the physical card. Most travelers don't have the time or patience to research all of this.
Good value for money. Allows several experiments.
Most of the main attractions in Lisbon are only discounted with the card, not included.
Places dense with culture and tradition. Offer of accommodation facilities suitable for any level of spending.
Bravo Free transport is very, very profitable
It worked well for us , easy to use and would use again
Easy and practical. Not to mention saving a lot of money.
Jeronimoe monastery was breathtaking and using the Lisboa card was so easy!
Great value for money HIGHLY recommend
All very useful especially for vehicle use,
It is convenient to use, but the multi-day card cannot be cancelled.

Ticket is valid for 24 hours, but from the time of purchase. If you buy it at Headout, it is always valid from 9 am, even if you don't get on the bus until 11 am. It is no longer valid the next morning. You also have to pick up paper tickets and can't go straight on with the digital tickets, which meant we lost a lot of time.
The number of lines, the frequency of buses, the app with the location of buses and the route to the nearest stations are all very positive points. Points for improvement: synchronization of audio commentary with the places travelled through, certain modifications (stops out of service, route changes) are not indicated on the paper map / in the app.
48h expert pack. We took the red Belem line, the green line and the orange/yellow line to Cascais, giving us a great opportunity to explore Lisbon, the Alfama district and the coast. Please note: in some seats, the audio guide is not functional, but luckily the buses were not full and we were able to find an available seat with an ok audio system (August 5/6). All the drivers were friendly, smiling and helpful.
It was a really nice and extensive tour, you could see a lot of Lisbon and the audio guide in many different languages was able to explain everything to all of us. Highly recommended! We had the Belèm tour.
Red line is the best line. Lots to see. For purple line only really good part is the stadiums. Not a lot of narrative on the voyage but worth seeing difference between uptown and old town
The audio guide did not work on many of the seat backs . We went on 3 different buses and they all were worn out and unable to give the guided tour, which was disappointing . We never got to listen during the whole journey as the seats were full and we were unable to switch seats to find one which worked!
The Belem line was good. The castles line looked interesting but we didn't do the whole thing ( the sound didn't work and everything was in close proximity).
The Lisbon Hop on Hop off tours were great!! It was a fun way to learn about lisbon and see the sights. The various bus routes made our trip even better. Also this tour has the best stops ( Time Out market and LX Factory)
Booked tickets online and activated on location. The ride went extremely well. First took a full tour of Lisbon and only then got off at points of interest. Nice way to see and reach large parts of the city easily.
In a single day, you can take several tours and discover the city without tiring. You can get off wherever you like and get back on the bus later.
A must! Well organized and interesting itinerary: we had a bad driver on one of the itineraries: unpleasant welcome and rough driving. Probably not a good day for him...
It takes you to the most beautifull places, nevertheless the issue is that the audios are so old, its boring to have to use cable airpods,
Punctual, comfortable, very complete routes. The audio sometimes gets out of sync with what you are seeing or is very weak.
Nice trip! The bus was very comfortable.
that we were able to run three different lines
Everything went smoothly, without any problems
Good choice for travellers. Comfortable
New and comfortable vehicle, very good route
Easy booking, cheaper than on site thanks to discounts. Gladly again.
Efficiency of the lines passing regularly
Loved the different stops ans the very welcoming staff
Great way to see the beautiful city, and take in lots of sites
Good way to see the city. Guide available in many languages.

João was a great guide for us and a small group on a very hot day. Glad we booked the early tour. Monastery was beautiful and his insight into the area was very valuable. Getting there early made the crowds minimal, and of course we walked right in at opening with the other groups. Keep in mind that on Sundays the chapel is closed for services until 2pm. So a bit of a let down but very understandable. The tour overall was a beautiful way to see Belem.
Awesome experience Beautiful piece of history I definitely recommend this great look into history! Knowledgeable and friendly tour guide
The tour was excellent, our guide Martin was fabulous, very entertaining and knowledgeable, he arrived very punctual and was always kind and friendly.
Our guide Federico was phenomenal: he was so knowledgable about the history and the small details of the architecture and design. Arriving early and not having to wait long to get inside was key, but the tour added so much more to enjoying this monument than going through on my own. I would definitely recommend this option to see the monastery!!
The Pros - The guide Renan was super knowledgeable and engaging and took care of all the group. Umbrellas & Water provided which was nice because of the sun especially as walking tour . Pastais de Belem was amazing to learn about. The Neutral - Belem is closed for renovation ,even the outside was covered with covering and construction materials so couldn't really see it but not tour company's fault. the only negative - There is no such thing as "skip the line" ticket in the afternoons for the monestary so just bare that in mind for afternoon time tour. Our wait wasn't too long by any means but when you pay the price of skip-the-line ticket its something I think should be highlighted before purchase. You do the monestary last to reduce the chance of longer queue.
The place is a beauty. It's worth every minute you spend walking around. The architecture, the history, a fantastic combo. To all that you add some great guides who not only tell you everything about the place, but also give a lecture on history with so much passion for their work is an absolute 10 congratulated!!!
The guide was not wearing yellow. Did not attempt to let me know in advance, could have sent me an email. Did not attempt to find me at venue. Felt a bit rushed, not enough time for picture. Audio had a lot of static, can't hear well most of the time
Entrance without queue, monastery very empty at the time, excellent guide Leonor (only she wasn't wearing the color blouse indicated in the email received). Very good! It was worth it
The tour was well organized and I suppose delivers on the the most important promise of not having to wait in a long line to enter the monastery. The tour guide was great and did a nice job keeping a large group moving forward. Overall, it was a good experience. It was a little disappointing that Belem Tower was unavailable -- even to see the exterior -- due to renovations, but I suppose there's no fault to find there.
Leonor, our guide, was exceptional. Her explanations were clear and to the point, with a touch of humor. She kept me captivated the whole time!
Therewas no problem meeting up with the guide. - the 'finding the guide' instructions were clear and accurate. The guide was excellent. He had the necessary information at his 'finger tips'. He was patient and responded to all questions. He was able to expound on the information in an interesting and often a humourous way.
The Belem Tower was closed for renovations, and I couldn't get inside nor see it on the outside. That part was included in the offer, and couldn't be redeemed. Please proceed with a partial refund.
Out guide Leanor was special. She made the monastery alive with her facts and stories. The monastery was beautiful beyond my wildest expectations. I recommend the experience. You won't be disappointed
The tour guides were amazing- Martin and Marta. We learned so much about the monastery. They were warm, friendly, and passionate .
Our guides - Martin and Leanor were fantastic! Very informative, kind, and funny! Highly recommend the maritime museum as well!
Our guide, Fredrico Perrinos was amazing. His knowledge of the history and symbolism of the monastery was outstanding. I highly recommend the tour.
Amazing place. Was worried about getting in there since there was such a long line but it seems if you go later in the day the line isn't as long
Frederico (?) was awesome. Probably the second best tour guide I have ever met. He made it very interesting by reciting stories. He was ably assisted by his student, Gabriela (?).
Rita was awesome. She showed us back alleyways with restaurants and other interesting things. Provided a great history of Portugal and Lisbon.
Nice guide who talked a little too much about himself.
The guide Federico Perrone is very knowledgeable, he provided a lot of information and also curiosities.
Frederico was very good He is passionate and well educated
Federico was great!! Lot of knowledge that he shared in friendly manner
Very nice guide, made a lot of effort and passed on a lot of knowledge
Our guide was amazing! The site was so incredibly beautiful!
No lines, no guesswork! Just you, a small group, and an expert unlocking monastery secrets.

To be able to visit many places in a short time and appreciate the history of the city.
The selection of spots Very varied. We did both routes
Routes not clear. Unless you ask around. Missing lots of information on site. Didn't use the boat ride neither the tram as there is no information about it.
Uncomplicated hop on hop off. Very beautiful city with many facets Na and I also found the German explanation of what was always said good
1-The digital bus stop map on your website does not correspond to reality. 2-We have waited up to 1.30 hours for a bus to become available.
Unfortunately, we couldn't find the entry point at Cortes Ingles. After that, however, everything was fine.
A little seen from outside Lisbon
The possibility of stopping for sightseeing and resuming the course at a later date. The rain spoiled the day a little.

It is all about convenience and turning to Headout facilitated the purchase of not one location (monument ) but two to visit. The website presented various options and packages,(which made it harder to choose) with a simplified form of navigation. It was easy and a satisfying experience to choose, pay and receive all the necessary information for my visit. I highly recommend HEAD OUT.COM.
The space is just indescribable, at least in a way to do it justice. Stunning things to see at every turn. A glorious place to visit! No picture can do it justice. We loved exploring the caves and the well the most but so much more than that to do.

Clean and nice enviroment, all of the fishes was beautoful to look at. It felt like they had it good. I can see why there is a popular place to visit
The aquarium is huge and immersive. You almost feel like you're in the middle of the fish. The plaice and sharks are magnificent. A must-see!
Very nice - mighty sharks and rays - great food in the restaurant with super friendly staff and afterwards fun playing in the water garden.
I have always wanted to see sharks. This aquarium made my wish come true. It's a beautiful place, it has interesting educational content. I also loved the short film projection about human connection to the ocean.
The design of the aquarium tours is very attractive and informative. The combination with the cable car rounds off this event nicely.
We loved how easy it was to book! Phenomenal aquarium, probablythe best I've been to. So nicely laid out, well maintained & clean. Exhibits were informative and in both Portuguese and English. Learned so much! Adding the cable car ticket was so worth it.
The central tank acted as a touchstone for the ocean as we went to each of the represented areas. My sister is in a wheelchair and there were always friendly staff to show us to elevators as needed.
The aquarium is one of the best I have been to. I especially loved their Sea Dragons! I got there early and it was not too crowded. By the time I left it was packed. Get there early to avoid the crowds.
One's destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things.
I loved the design but more importantly, I appreciate the Oceanario's commitment to protecting the oceans.
Although I booked tickets last time (1 hour before) everything went fine.
Great place to visit. Rare creatures and amazing staff.
The aquarium was fantastic the variety of fish A visit is recommended
Very beautiful but they were doing maintenance, there were some aquariums that were not working, but the big one was beautiful. So it was fabulous
The exhibits are quite beautiful and fascinating! Our only criticisms are that the hallways need better lighting, maybe using color stripes would also help and I wanted more detailed information about the marine life and ocean - maybe an audio guide is needed.
Loved the sea otters and sea dragons All the advertising says it's the best in the world - it's not! Much smaller than expected, not even any turtles!
It lacks more immersive experiences, and admission is very expensive too. I thought it would be more diversified. Not all the senses are used.
Really wonderful!!!! we really enjoyed the tour, both children and adults. We were fascinated!!!!!100% recommended!!!!!!
Getting tickets was easy. It was good to see there were reductions for seniors. We enoyed the aquarium far more than we expected. It was set out really well and we spent around 3 hours inside. The cable car was enoyable but we were very disappointed to discover that we were expected to pay extra for the viewing tower. That was not made clear.
The locaiton, the building, the architecture, the atmosphere, the cafe and most importantly.....The fish, the larger creatures and the otters!
I was a little scared to do the Telecabine as I have a moderate fear of heights. However, the telecabine was so secure and did not shake that I was able to enjoy myself without stressing about the heights. The Oceanário was just mind blowing with all the different species of sea creatures. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and it was money well spent.
Oceanario was a great experience. Large & beautiful aquarium
It was both exciting and fascinating for our child, and for us as parents too!
It is very nice place, you have to visit
By buying the ticket before we didn't have to stay in the que. The place is worth to visit.
