Important information

• During the summer months, it is recommended to bring hats/caps to protect from the sun, and water for hydration due to high temperatures.

Jerónimos Monastery

• For guests with reduced mobility, there is medium accessibility.
• There is wheelchair access to the lower level, but some sections are cobblestoned.
• Keep in mind that the Church of Santa Maria is closed on Mondays and on select holidays (Jan 1, Easter Sunday, May 1, June 13, and Dec 25). You can enter the church between 10:30am and 5pm from Tuesday to Saturday, or from 2pm to 5pm on Sundays and religious holidays.
